Cars Movie II

Okay, so I need to get better about getting things down when they happen, but it just seems like there is so much to do and so little time sometimes... but Trent, Tory and I went to the Cars II movie last Saturday and we had a blast! T was so darn cute! He was so excited all week to go, he said he "couldn't wait that long Mommy!" every morning when we told him how much longer it would be, and finally the day arrived! We were off! Just me, Trent and Daddy because Adelyn was just a baby and she wasn't big enough to go to a real movie... Did I tell you that this was Trent's FIRST actual movie theater experience! Yup! First time in front of the BIG screen, and he did awesome! I played it up a bit for his first experience, got him a Lightening McQueen shirt to wear to the movie, some Cars II juices and snacks. He was on cloud nine! When we got to the movie theater, he got to have a Cars II snack pack, with popcorn, water and a candy... Mommy and Daddy got one too, and he was so excited at the beginning he barely touched anything, but then he got into it, eyes glued to the screen, eating his popcorn... it was so much fun! He loved the movie too, it was really more about Mater, who he loves, so all we talked about on the way home was the movie and how Adelyn was too little to go, but not T because he was a big boy tha could go to big movies... oh how to see the world so simply. Love it! Thanks for a great day out with my boys! We sure had fun together! Now Tory thinks he should take T to the new Transformers movie, and this Mommy says "N.O." He is a big boy, but not that big yet =) Thank goodness. Night!
