Yes... New Puppy In The Family!

As some might have guessed, we have a new puppy in the family... actually/kind of two really... Maddie, the red lab we purchased about a month ago, she wasn't a huge surprise... Tory had talked to me about her, and the thought that we might get her, as her color is very rare, and she comes very good lines and he thought she would be a good breeding female. She is three-years-old and a sweetheart, very cute... I'll have to get some good pictures up of her too, but she is in the one with Jet, Holly, and Cane. Maddie is partially a house dog, not always in the house, sleeps in her kennel in the summer kitchen at night, and comes in during the day and evenings.

Now Cane, he was the big surprise... we got home from NE two weeks ago on a Sunday and a I found a puppy in my house! This little guy was a BIG surprise, because Tory hadn't mentioned getting him at all... Tory said he had been looking for sometime for a good line of chocolates, because they can be hard to fine. The chocolate color is a recessive trait, so for awhile there, people were just breeding chocolates to chocolate to get the color and nothing else, not worrying about their eyes, hips and everything else... but some good breeders are finally getting back to a good line of chocolates, not breeding just to breed... So Cane has come to stay with us. His official name is "Ten Bears to Stone Hollow's Surprise" (or at least that is what we play to title him as and call him Cane. He's pretty darn cute, and it was hard not to fall in love with him, so I did =) Hope you like the pics!
